Aaron Loeffler, PT, Co-Owner
Aaron spent his first few years after graduating in St. Joseph’s hospital in Syracuse where he gained experience in the acute care setting, and worked with generally de-conditioned individuals, post-operative orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions and outpatient clients. He has spent several years working with children in the Middletown school district. He has also worked with Early Intervention home care for the birth to 2 year population and currently still treats preschool age children.
Elena Chaves-Loeffler, PT, Co-Owner
Post graduation, Elena spent her first year working at Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle, where she gained experience in acute care. She has extensive training in myofascial release and Pilates for rehabilitation. Elena also has a substantial background in women’s health therapy.
Heather Fassell, MSPT, DPT
Heather graduated from Springfield College in 2001 and 2002 with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Physical Therapy, respectively. Heather continued her educational pursuit at Russell Sage College, where she earned her DPT in 2007. Her career has centered around orthopedics, with experience in sports rehab, geriatrics, pediatrics, aquatic therapy, and home care.
Kelly Usic, PTA
Kelly graduated from SUNY Orange’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program in May 2017 and began working at Orange Physical Therapy in August 2017. Kelly enjoys working with all ages and different diagnoses. Her favorite thing about Physical Therapy is helping each individual regain strength, mobility and independence and believes it is extremely rewarding to watch a patient “graduate” from Physical Therapy. Kelly has lived in Orange County since 1996 and enjoys spending time with family as well as going on walks with her dog.
Barbara Strong, PTA
Barbara graduated from SUNY Orange in 1998 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and started working at Orange PT in January 2018. She loves helping people decrease their pain levels and increasing their strength and range of motion and enjoys seeing patients improve their functional capacity. Barbara’s interests include spending time with family, bodybuilding, and gardening.
Cheryl Greene, PTA
Cheryl graduated from SUNY Orange in 1994 as a physical therapy assistant. She has amassed 14 years in several pediatric settings and schools. Cheryl also worked for 2 years with the geriatric population and 6 years in outpatient sports and orthopedics.
Nick Melendez, PTA
With a strong background in strength development, conditioning, and balance training, Nick has experience in geriatric and post-surgical patients. Nick is currently pursuing his doctorate in physical therapy. He enjoys working with all ages, treating challenging conditions, sharing knowledge and helping people get their life back.
